NO CLASS 4/17/2025
This class is for everyone from the experienced yogi to those just starting on the path. All classes will start with a centering meditation and pranayama (breathwork). We will then move into asana (postures) and finally with Savasana (relaxation). Participants should bring a yoga mat and wear loose clothing to each class. Participants may want to bring a towel or blanket.
