NO CLASS 4/17/2025
Whether you are a beginner or need to get back in the game; this class is for you. Gain strength, flexibility and endurance all while learning the fundamentals of exercise and proper form with a certifed personal trainer. Classes include warm up, resistance training, light weights, moderate aerobic activity, stretches and cool down. Bring a mat, water and comfortable clothing and sneakers. All other exercise equipment will be supplied.
